Welcome to Mtaajr

Mtaajr ("Mtaajr", "we", "us", "our") is a subscription-based eCommerce platform operated by Exceed Business LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA. These Terms govern your use of the Platform.

1. Nature of Service

Mtaajr is a hosted SaaS platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for the duration of your active subscription. Your store data remains accessible only while your subscription is active.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Subscription Plans & Trial

We offer a free trial so you can evaluate the Platform before committing. Paid subscriptions are billed annually and auto-renew unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee immediately.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are charged per the plan selected at checkout. Once a paid subscription starts, Mtaajr immediately allocates the funds toward hosting, domain (where applicable), and platform license for the full term. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, counterfeit, or harmful goods or services
• No reverse-engineering, copying, or reselling the platform
• No fraudulent or abusive activity

6. Intellectual Property

All themes, code, designs, and trademarks are the property of Exceed Business LLC. Your subscription grants a license to use them for your store only.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. Exceed Business LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Disputes are subject to Wyoming courts.
